The aim was to convert an underused outdoor area into two external spaces that felt calm and purposeful. This part sits comfortably between interior rooms and the garden, acting as a pause rather than a destination.

The glazed roof lantern allows natural light to fall deep into the plan changing the character of the space throughout the day. Materials and finishes were chosen to create continuity with the surrounding rooms, ensuring the transition feels effortless rather than defined.
